What helps us

A link to the official source that contradicts a figure: the updated Service-Public.fr page, the order published in the Official Journal, or the article of the immigration code (CESEDA) or Civil Code. For a calculation, copy the address your browser shows after you enter values: it holds the inputs, never your name. Every confirmed error is fixed and becomes an automated test, as the editorial policy sets out.

What we do not do

We do not review files, book prefecture appointments or answer questions about a personal situation: we are neither a government office nor a law firm. For your own file, contact your prefecture, OFII, a migrant-support association or a free legal-access point.

Embedding a calculator

Associations, universities, HR teams and newsrooms may embed the "which permit for my situation" calculator free of charge: the code is on the embed page.

Response time

Usually within five working days; fee changes come first. Every amount is reviewed at least every 12 months and after each reform.
