Privacy policy
This page describes how personal data is processed on https://mon-titre-de-sejour.fr, under Articles 12 to 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Controller
Radif Partners
49 rue du Ressort
63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France
contact@mon-titre-de-sejour.fr
Contact: contact@mon-titre-de-sejour.fr. No data protection officer is appointed, as the conditions of Article 37 GDPR are not met.
2. What you enter in the calculators
Arrival date, nationality, salary, household size: everything is calculated in your browser and never sent to a server. We do not know who uses a calculator or for which situation. Once you change a value, the inputs are written into the page address so you can share the link; we do not keep that link.
3. Processing
Host server logs
For each visit, the host processes the technical data needed (IP address, date and time, page, browser, referring page) for security and troubleshooting, based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention follows the host's (GitHub's) rules.
No cookies
The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
Cookie-free stability measurement (Microsoft Clarity)
To find pages or calculators that fail to load, we anonymously measure errors, loading times, clicks with no effect and scrolling with Microsoft Clarity in cookie-free mode: no cookies (_clck, _clsk, MUID, CLID), one identifier per page view, visits not linked, content and inputs masked in the browser. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing tools that work. Retention: 30 days for recordings, 13 months for aggregates. To object, block the clarity.ms domain or write to us; the calculators keep working.
4. Recipients
We sell no data and pass none to any third party, lawyer or provider. The host (GitHub) and Microsoft, for the anonymous measurement, act as processors (Article 28 GDPR).
5. Transfers outside the EU
GitHub, Inc. is based in the United States; logs may be processed there under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Clarity technical data may be transferred to Microsoft Corporation, certified under the same framework (Microsoft privacy statement).
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR): write to contact@mon-titre-de-sejour.fr, reply within a month. You may complain to the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (https://www.cnil.fr).
7. No automated decision
A calculator result is a calculation made at your request with no legal effect: it is not a decision under Article 22 GDPR, and it says nothing about what the prefecture will decide.
