Editorial policy and corrections
A permit refused because the renewal was filed late, a stamp bought for the wrong amount, a citizenship file sent three months too early: in these procedures, guesswork costs months. These are our rules.
Responsibility
Radif Partners is responsible for content and calculations. Contact: contact@mon-titre-de-sejour.fr.
Official sources only
- Service-Public.fr pages (published by the French legal and administrative information directorate), with the date each was checked;
- the CESEDA (immigration code), the Civil Code and the 2026 Finance Act, cited by article;
- orders published in the Official Journal (minimum wage, reference salary for the talent passport);
- the minimum wage series published by Insee.
What we will not publish
No average prefecture times, no approval rates and no "tips" for getting an appointment: no official source supports them. No amount is published unless it was read on a dated official page.
No commercial interest
We receive nothing from lawyers, appointment platforms or language schools, and name none of them.
Tests
Before each release, automated tests replay the examples on the official pages: €350 and €250 for an employee card, €2,053.72 for family reunification with four people once all twelve months are at today's minimum wage, 18 months to answer a naturalisation. Any difference blocks publication.
Review cycle
At least every 12 months, after every Finance Act, every minimum-wage increase and every update of a page we cite.
Corrections
- Check against the official source.
- Fix the parameter or calculation, add a test.
- New date on the page.
